RETURN POLICY

Please read carefully

We want to ensure you are always 100% satisfied with your purchase. As so, we offer free returns with every order.

  • Please use provided return label/packaging (change in shipment weight/ package diameter will be at cost to customer)
  • Lost return labels please contact us by clicking the "Contact Us" link on the website

Return/Exchange Policy: 30 days from delivery of product

-Items must be in new condition with original tags still attached
-Washed items will not be accepted
-Must not smell of smoke, cologne or deodorant
-Once your item has been received and processed, your total amount will be refunded back to your original payment method. This can take up to 5-7 business days to appear on your account.

Exchanges:
If you need to exchange a product, please include the desired item and/or size in your email. If the original product is out of stock, you may choose an item of equal value that is available in our store. If there are no sizes/options for your exchange, you will be refunded back for your purchase minus shipping costs.

Wrong item delivered:
While we strive to produce top quality products and have excellent customer service, there are sometimes errors that arise such as a defective/damaged product or the wrong items being sent. In the case of a wrong design/size sent, we will exchange your product(s) and provide a return label for you to print out.

Order never arrived:

If your order didn’t end up arriving, be sure to let us know!

First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.
